The Siren

This Siren's 'human' name is Onakai Syrena. It is said that a Siren has two names - one for its parents and children, and another for everyone else. Many believe that it is part of the Sirens' belief system to ensure that no evil can be brought upon them for knowing their true name.

A Siren is able to shapeshift and make itself look as human as possible to lure in its prey. This siren seems to find more success by keeping some of its fish-like qualities.

A Siren's teeth is sharp in order to tear through its prey's flesh. This Siren in particular seems to not mind the blood stained onto its teeth.

This Siren's ears have a fin extension. It is unclear if there are any swimming benefits.

Symbiotic Relationships

The Siren and the Hawaiian Chelonia mydas (also known as the Hawaiian green sea turtle) seem to share a symbiotic relationship similar to that of humans and dogs. The Siren often shows affection to this turtle species and has been observed petting them and calling them "Honu Honies."

Like the Hawaiian Chelonia mydas, the Siren and various aquatic creatures that live amongst the coral reefs it inhabits share a symbiotic relationship. Though the Siren can sometimes be found capturing and eating the fish in this reef, they are mostly observed feeding, playing, and caring for them.

Shapeshifting Animals

Like the Siren, this Carcharodon carcharias (great white shark) can shapeshift, though its forms seem to be significantly more limited than the Siren's. This creature has only been observed shapeshifting from a white shark to a canis lupus familiaris (domesticated dog) - specifically the form of a Pomeranian.
